Best bang for your buck 110v

I'm in the market for a new 110v electric fence charger. I am only looking to spend $300 or less. My farm is 50 acres and already fenced, it will mostly be for some cross fencing and maybe some offset strands on the perimeter. It will be replacing an American Farmworks 30 mile charger that only has 1.2 output joules, so I know I can get something a lot better than that! I'm looking for the most joules I can get and something folks have had good luck with, $300 or under.

I got a cyclops with 5 joule output for I think $230. I just got it this past spring. It's good so far.

Thanks! I'll check that one out. I've heard a lot of good about cyclops.

Parmack makes good chargers in that price range. I have seen some 10-11 joule chargers for about $250 or so.

Gallagher M600 should be in your $ range. We have several different sizes of Gallagher fencers and had good luck with them.
