A few months down the road, there will be an American British White Park Assoc. sale in Minnesota. Knowing that they're aren't a whole pile of BW breeders and most will be probably be consigning from the Midwest and/or Plains states, do you have a recommendation for a good publication to advertise the sale? Your input is appreciated.

For Local Advertising... Agri-News is a Minnesota agricultural newspaper, with a circulation of 15,000 in Minnesota and Northern Iowa.

If your breed association has a press release about a Minnesota breed association sale, maybe they would run it or
do interviews with Minnesota consignors as a news article, so that would = free advertising.

Our Cattlemen's Association has a Club Calf sale every year. Besides mailing out postcards to people that have been there in the last 3 years I will say without a doubt radio, Facebook page and Craigslist is best money spent. Used to do Livestock Plus, Show Circuit and I asked people how they heard about us. Never heard from a print advertising......

2nd year of doing no print ads we actually had most buyers and consignors were a lot happier too.
