I've moved my calf bull into the field with the other two cows (female Hereford just over a year old and steered Brown Swiss about 7 months old) I'm weaning him off milk replacer and upping his grain. But if I walk away the two older ones push him out of the way to eat his grain. Any suggestions for the best way to creep feed him so the other two lunkheads don't/can't get his grain?

If he is much smaller you can make a gate that only he can get through and feed behind that gate.
It is easy to train a calf to come to a gate to be fed. I have done this with a working bull also. If I don't want to feed the cows but want to give a yound working bull a little feed I have trained him to come to a pin to be fed at the same time every day.
