Beginning Farmer and Rancher loan from FSA

Aloha all, does anyone have any axperience getting or applying for this loan. What the application process and interview questions are and what they are looking for?

Been through this process quite a few times while my grandparents have been trying to sell their farm. They want you to be big enough so that you can make money. A good business plan is essential. You have to have enough land, sometimes an appraisal for the land. Its a big pain in the butt, and right now a lot of the money is being held up due to the economic stimulus package in process. Be prepared when you go in, be organized and professional. Know what you want and what your goals are.
