I wanted to show some calves I raised for myself and some friends. These steers were born and raised on our farm and are heading to the packer tomorrow morning. They were fall calves 2016. I split a beef with a friend last year but this is really my first time feeding out steers. One on the left weighs 1280. Charolais weighs 1190 and the black one on the right weighs 1245.
 
You had better check your scales. The Char has to be at least 200 lbs. heavier. LOL
 
Hi Clod, we raise our own beef every year. After doing this for years and getting our own recipe down, we are now raising 2-3 more for family and friends also. Can't beat the meat, flavor etc. And it's just nice raising your own... Good luck. Let us know how those steaks are...

From the picture I'd say the same thing. Char looks bigger than the one he's standing next to.
Either way they should be good eating! Looks like you've done a good job with them.
