Yeah, it's fine. We have used cheaper (suave) dandruff shampoos in the past, but if you're having problems with dandruff one of the best things you can do is rinse with white vinegar after washing. If you have a fogger bottle to use on a blow dryer I like to fog it on, otherwise just pour it down his top and brush it in going down with a rice root brush.
