just got done seasoning a brisket and some roasts that i am going 2 put on my traeger grill.going to put them on about 11 tonite and take them off tomorrow about 3-4 and rap them n foil and serve them 4 supper.i have never done roasts like this.i needed to do something with them so i figured i'd giv it a try.i have done briskets like this several times b4 and they r always great. has anyone ever done a roast like this?

Not on a grill, but I've put many, many roasts in a roaster pan in the oven for 12-14 hours at 225 or so degrees. They came out falling apart tender.

I worked in a kitchen once and we had a pizza oven with the concrete liner. This thing would hold heat wonderfully. At the end of a day we would stick roasts inside it in roasting pans and turn the oven off and go home. The next day the roasts were perfectly cooked.
