bear to watch?

Help Support CattleToday:

They needed to have a .270 to make that bear go nite nite. We got tons of bear here they seem to want fruit and corn so far.

That's a sad fact of life for some cattle up here. Electric fences, no corn/oat crops near pastures and clearing the land of trees pretty much eliminates the threat.

The Grizzly situation on a couple of our high elevation allotments here in Wyoming has become quite an issue.

Just to go in another direction. My feeling is the bear is just simply nature at work, cattlemen know the risk when they run cattle in that area. Now for the change of direction, what would the comments be if it was wolves filmed taking down that steer/heifer?
