Does anyone have a website for baler belt repair parts? I was hoping to find something beside having to go back with factory expensive parts.

apache belt & hose co is one that I know of off the top of my head.... I'm sure their are others out there.

try Hammond Equipment down in Faunsdale,Alabama.

Phone is (334) 627-3348 according to my Fastline Magazine. they may be online by now too or have an ad on http://www.fastline.com or more info.

Here's a website... http://www.balerbelts.com

They can get belts for just about anything ever made and they are good quality at good prices.

I replaced the (6) 6 x 466 inch upper belts on my Ford/Gehl 552 round baler along with the 60 x 72ish lower platform belt for about $855 altogether IIRC about 6-8 years ago. That included the shipping, the lacing cable, and the belts already laced and ready to go. New Holland wanted like $970 for just the upper belts and then another $420 or so for the platform belt, and the NH belts were 2 ply slick top. The Hammond belts were 3 ply mini-rough top belts that grip the hay better. I haven't had any problems with them whatsoever. I was really pleased with their service and product, and they got them to me quickly.

Don't pay big $$$ at the dealers... Usually just a rip off and lower quality for more $$$. JMHO! OL JR :)

Just do a Google search for "Baler Belts" and you will see the main players in the USA baler belting market. Ask for belts made in the USA and the best dealers offer free freight. Make sure you compare delivered prices so ask for a delivered price.
