bald spots

I have a four year old cow who began getting spots where her hair would just fall out. It doesn't appear to be the result of rubbing the hair off because some spots are on her topline. I've been applying bluekote but it doesn't seem to help. The spots are in various places and tend to spred. She also has dry skin in the same areas as some of the spots but not all. Does any one know what could be causeing this or how I can treat it?

Sounds like lice to me. One of the pour on wormer/delicers should do the trick
