baby bull 2 weeks old flopping down and kicking leg

Me panicked. We have a 2 week old bull calf who has been great and healthy until a few hours ago. He is flopping down then kicks at his head/belly area. He does it if he lays down on the left side or right side. I'm thinking belly issue and not sure what to do for him. Please help with suggestions.

Definitely call your vet. Could be anything from bloat, infection, colic, twisted stomach.
