Awesome fencer

Help Support CattleToday:

Really neat concept, most of the places I fence in would not be accessible with the thing though. He had like a little air hammer for driving staples, he also pulled one out with it. I never seen one like it before. Arthritis bout has me where I can't drive a nail anymore. Wish I had more info on that thing.

Thanks, I usually carry my generator while fencing. I'll have to throw my compressor on the trailer to.

Paslode make guns that run on a air cartridge. My neighbor has nail gun in it is awesome,
No cords or hoses. Built a 16x 50 porch on 1 cartridge last year.

See @ 4:22 how the wires are jumping.. The screams tangled mess to me once they whip around one another a few times while you're looking ahead.

Too expensive for the average land owner , maybe something for a fence contractor to use, I was raised poor so I always look at the economics before doing something and how many calves it will take to pay for it.

I want a device similar that will install tee post ties pop-pop-pop-pop-pop and I could move on to the next post, just that fast.
That bottom wire kills me nowadays even doing it with the little tool made for em--if I could just lean down for a second and hit it with a gun "Whap!" it would make life so much easier..

I saw how they tightened the barb wire. I did not see how they tightened the net wire?
We built a 3 pt. hitch device that will unroll the wire with the same principle. We use a binder to pull an angle iron clamp tight to tighten the net wire. Clamp, then drive the tractor up a little.

I agree theirs would be cost prohibitive for me.

Was that one air or was it gas? I've seen the ones that have a small gas cartidge and a battery for ignition. We use one at work for driving nails into steel beams. We get ~100 shots out of one gas cartridge.
