Google "Irfanview" it's freeware and a good little program.
When you get it installed go to Image on the menu bar and choose resize/resample from the drop downmenu. There is a limit as to how big you can have them for the board. 80x80 and 6kb I think. After you resize it save to the desktop then right click and choose properties this will tell you how big the
file is
