The top selling bull at the Hereford National Sale made $46,000 he was the champion of the show /sale and also was the grand champion at the recent Sydney Royal Easter Show.
107 bulls averaged $6,600. 18 bulls sold for more than $10,000 a head.
The resurgance of the Hereford breed seems to be continuing unabated.
It will further grow if and when both the polled and horned societies merge one day.
