Your best bet would be to contact either an AI technician or one of the bulls studs. They will be able to put you in contact with someone that can help you. Your local large animal vet, or if there is a dairy around, they can help you also. You inseminate 12 hours after detection of standing heat. If she's standing in the morning you breed her that evening, if standing in the evening you breed her in the morning. If you want them all bred pretty close together, you can give them a shot of GNRH and a week later give them Lutalyse, that will get them to come into heat within 3 to 4 days. It only takes one unit of semen per breeding.
