are sprayer tanks clean enough for water

Do you think I could get a fiberglass sprayer tank clean enough to haul water for cow's. I plan on eating them so it kinda worry's me with all the cancer around these days.

ive seen people spray pastures with herbicides while the cow are still grazing it. but the poisions condence in alot of areas i would be afraid too risk it it couldnt get clean enough to suit me too

Thanks I think for the couple hundred I would save, you guys talked me into buying a new one. I was leaning that way, I just didn't want to be a pansy
