Are horse treats ok for cows to eat?

I was just wondering what you all think of giving horse treats to cows. I have a big bucket of horse treats. ( The big pellet type) I cannot feed them to my horse as they are too fat & started to get real spoiled & demanding for only treats and not attention. I was curious if they would be ok to feed to cows instead of throwing them away. Would they choke on them? Is there anything in them that would not be good for cattle? Let me know your thoughts! Cows can handle a lot more than horses. I fit's OK for horses, should be OK for cows.

Normally cows can eat anything that horses eat with no problems.
