Anyone know a Samantha West? She's a robot

The Rise of the Machines has begun. Japan has already created very realistic looking "human" robots (to perform gawd only knows what function) and now one identifying herself as "Samantha West" is calling people to get them to sign up for some kind of healthcare service (not obamacare). Nothin new about pre-recorded tele-marketing, except this one refuses to admit she's a robot.
