Antibiotics and vaccines?

We need to give booster shots to some cows this week but one cow is being treated for mastitis. Is there any harm to giving her a booster shot, killed vaccine? She is being treated with Today infusion and penicillin right now. Thanks.

I am sure my vet has administered both vaccines & antibiotics at the same time on one of my cows.
