Wow. They need to screen officers and train officers much better. That definitely sounds like she had an altered mental state.

Perhaps, but some people are just untrainable.

Was she ever qualified, or was this just another example of the quota system failure again.

Oh....the irony....Only by the grace of God and poor marksmanship is the officer's son still alive..

Police officer Muhamed Noor age 31 at time of shooting (July 15 2017)
He received 12 1/2 yrs for 3rd degree murder and is eligible for parole in 8.4 yrs.
Update:
Today the Mn State Supreme Court overturned Muhamed Noor's conviction for 3rd degree murder of Justine Diamond. He and his case will be sent back to county court for sentencing on the reduced charge of 2nd degree manslaughter.

With credit for time served it's expected Noor will be released on probation by the end of the year.

Glad they got it figured out after 4 years. Wonder how many lawyer hours went into this?

The TC news reports an average of two murders per week in Minneapolis. This is followed by a request for information from the public. Meanwhile, there is usually an update about additional or revised or overturned murder charges for police officers. Are the police the only ones who get turned in?
