Another Market Report Question

Could someone please clarify to me what high dressing, avg dressing, and low dressing mean on the report. I figured it has something to do with the BCS and how much sellable product the particular animal will garner. I am just not familliar with market reports and would like a general description of what those terms are. Thanks guys and pardon my stupid question.

This is just me guessing but maybe the high dressing means it's a high number for the body score but not high enough to get a higher body score or vise versa for low dressing. Just a thought
