Does America import grain from other countries for cattle feed?
If so,how much and where from?

If melamine imported for China made its way into dog food obviously some feedstuff is imported. If grain is imported it is hush-hushed pretty well. I can't recall ever hearing anything about grain imports, it is all about exports.

Some grains are imported....rice being one especially...a lot of it goes back to trade agreements between the US and other countries.
