If I take a Black(BB)Angus bull , Breed it to Herford(RR) Cows,
Will I get all Black baldies(BR) or will I get percentages of each,50% black baldie, 25% Black , 25% red baldies.

What if I put a Black Simmental bull(BB) on the black baldies?
Will I get more solid black then baldies?
HAs this allready been done?

The first cross will give you all Black Baldies. My Black Simm Angus Bull on my black baldy cows gave me calves with some white on the face. Mind you, the mama of that black Simm-Angus bull was a white face cow.

I raise HH and cross almost exclusively to BA. You get black baldies.

Red factor in BA bull gave me one red baldy out of 50 two years ago.

Do not know about the others.

Yes it has been done. Someone will know the answer.
