If you were looking to AI breed a holstein heifer to an Angus bull, what traits would you look for in the bull to help eliminate the dairy look?

I would think outside of the box, and AI with a limousine bull. The resulting progeny will not show any dairy influence. It is difficult to find an angus sire that can do the same.
