I wonder if mating cattle on paper is how "Funnel Butts" were established. I realize that you had a paragraph about functional cattle, but no computer program is going to find functional cattle.

Incorrect application of any tool, including EPDs is the problem, not the tools themselves. Trying to band a bull calf with duct tape won;t work, but it isn;t the fault of the duct tape.
