They supply several highend steakhouse's with prime beef and also sale online to the public, their prices are skyhigh, but I have also heard great things about them. I am not looking at buying, just wondering where they get their meat from.

I didn't see any reference on their webpage to the source, so I'd expect they buy from one of the big packers.
