Alert / Heads-up to Dunmovin

My local Ver (80 years young) has around 300 head of rather nice looking cattle. Three days ago he lost a good condition, seemingly healthy cow to magnesium deficiency. The pastures here, because of the wacky weather (15 degrees one day and 60 the next) some of the fescue pastures are greening up. Such deaths normally occur in March. Most of us are now feeding mineral or putting outmineral blocks about two months early. Thought I should give especially you and also the others here a heads-up.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of the possibility. We don't have anything milking or close to calving, but it may not be a bad idea to change minerals anyway. Of course with cold coming back and the snow they're threatening us with who knows? Could be 74 again the day after it snows.
