Can any one give me a cite that I can get info on the CIDR procedures for AIing. Thinking about trying it in spring of 2005. Have all the cows bred by a bull for fall 2004. Going to change breeding seasons.. Thanks in advance Curt

Day 1: CIDR + Estradiol benzoate Day 6: Lutalyse Day 7: Remove CIDR (we've given Lutalyse on day 7 when removing the CIDR instead of on day 6)

cows will come in heat within 3 days.

try a google search for CIDR + heat detection or contact your a.i. rep or a nearby embryologist for more info.
