AI Sync and Booster Timing ?

Considering lute, patch, and worm only for the cows, and also boostering the sucking calves with Triangle 10 and 8 way, on the some day.

Will these calf vaccinations be a problem for the settling the cows to AI?

Killed vaccines - no; probably no issue even if you used a MLV in the calves.. but I wouldn't necessarily risk it.
