Age of maturity

I am buying a 2 1/2 year old Angus bull, and my question is, at what age does a bull (or cow) reach it's mature weight typically? Thanks,

5 on a bull I'd say
I have 4 year old cows that are still filling out. So I guess maybe 5 on the cow too.

the AAA uses 5 yrs old for the Mature Weight (MW) EPD.
