? About type of Tetanus vaccine for banding purchased bull calves

I am planning on buying a few calves around 400 lbs. Thought if I got some of them as bulls I could band them. What type of tetanus vaccine would I need, would Cavalry 9 or Covexin 8 be ok or should I get a separate tetanus antitoxin to go along with one of those?

I use Covexin 8. The tetanus component is a toxoid so it takes two shots to get full immunity. I would recommend an antitoxin at the time of banding until you achieve immunity administering the toxoid.

I use the covexin also . we give a shot wait two weeks and give booster and knife cut.
