I wanted to thanks Jo on this public board for all the help he has been to me in the past few months with my newly found passion. :tiphat:

I stole ..... I mean borrowed this smoker design from Jo from a pic he posted months ago.





From a recipe he provide for my first attempt with the smoke house.







Jo has been kind enough to answer numerous of my novice questions throughout my smoker build and and questions on smoking meats. I'm sure every time he has logged on to CT a saw there was a private message I think he would cringe at the thought it may be me with another stupid question.

Jo, thank you for all of your help and guidance, my wife is actually looking forward to my cooked dinners these days.
