He then sold them at the Lockhart Livestock Auction. </p><p></p><p>Three of the calves have been returned to their owner. </p><p></p><p>If convicted, Kollman faces two years in prison. </p><p></p><p>A new law, which takes effect September 1, will increase the sentence for livestock theft to ten years in prison.</p></blockquote><p></p>
