600 lb. steer BSC #4

Help Support CattleToday:

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that BCS doesn't take into account weight, age, breed or sex. In other words a 4 is a 4 no matter what.

If their BSC is # 4 Would this be considered a steer that has a good BSC for 600lb.
Let's translate this and see if we can make something out of your question. I take it someone offered you at least a couple of steers that weigh about 600lbs. When you bit they told you they frame scored around 4 wich is a pretty safe bet for a seller.......you didn't have a clue what that meant but it sounded good. A 4 score ain't too bad with the weather here in Texas. A BSC don't have anything to do with age so your question without that information and some other inputs is pretty hard to answer......
