5 wk old Holstien bull calf losing its hair

Hi , l'm new here l live in the Toronto, ON area. L live on a dariy farm and also buy bull calves to veal.
l have a 5 wk old bull calf losing its hair on its head and around its eyes.... :???: this has ever happened before
but the calf is still healthy...

I would guess lice or mites of some kind. I had a calf do the same thing except it was on his front legs and nose. I put some pour-on wormer on him and it cleared up.

l did delice and deworm him , but no more hair is coming off
what could cause this ?? :???: :???:

Possibly ringworm or mange??
If you use something like ivomec it often gets rid of mange and lice, not so sure about ringworm though.
