4x5 Round Bales

When the bale is sitting up right (on the round edge) Does this mean 4' high and 5' wide ?

A cylinder 5 foot diameter and 4 foot height any mathamatcian recognises those dimensions

Unlike a pyramid which has a base length X width and a height but they don't turn on the baler well
