4h beef Speech suggestions

Hi!

I am a 4-h leader and this year we are trying something new. We are going to let the kids draw out of a hat for public speaking topics. At the next meeting they will recite their speech. The topics need to be regarding 4-h beef showing, judging and grooming. We have kids from 6-21 in our club. Do you have any 4-h speech suggestions?? Thanks in advance for your help
