I have a 3 month old black angus calf that is eating normally and has the stomach of a pregnant cow any thoughts ??

Hay belly/Potty, either from internal parasites or inadequate nutrition

What dun said. 'Cept we call 'em doggies - as in an orphan that is not getting enough nutrition.

Where are you located?
What is it eating?
First 4 ingredients on the bag tag please.
Did you read the feeding instrucyions on the tag or bag?
Are you following them?
