3 day sickness ????

I have a 20 month old murray grey heifer looking quite sick running nose not eating spend most of the day just laying down. I keep getting her up as iv'e noticed stiffness in all 4 legs (not sure if thats just from her laying in the same spot all night) this all start 48hrs ago before that she was fine. Could this be a case of 3 day sickness or am I missing something
