$3.00 a lb?!

I called a local Craigslist ad today. The seller was selling 11 weaned calves 400-500 lbs. and he said he would take $3.00 a lb. for them. I said I bet you will!! I know prices are high but they're not that high in this area!!

That's the largest spread I can ever remember seeing. I haven't looked in a while, is that the norm now?

That quote covers the low to the top end, plain dairy or longhorn to a fancy #1. They get them all there.
