President Biden pointed out in his address to congress that between the March 16 mass killings in Atlanta and the March 22 mass killings in Colorado, 250 people were shot dead on our nation's streets.
Who killed those 250 people?
250 murdered in a week does not seem like a statistic to favor defunding the police.
