21 month old bull missing teeth

I have a 21 month old Sim-Angus bull, while feeding him I noticed he was missing some teeth.Do cattle have baby teeth or has he somehow lost them . any ideas appreciated

The two adult front teeth should be there by around 24 months. Are these the ones missing.

yes it is his front teeth that makes me feel better, i really like this bull
