How can you teach beef sustainability to people who don't own land and therefore have no clue how it works? I don't think many folks understand that a pasture is healthy with minimal input and a vegetable garden needs help.
 
Always good to have a plan, but not sure I would call four years long term...

How do we meet a grow exports goal when Brazil can produce beef for much less?

I think the demand side is what needs fixing. US beef consumption per person has been sliding since the mid 70's. The low fat craze got traction about that time and you can see the results.

Start here - Fat produces no insulin response. We have got to fix 50 years of bad information.
 
Found a doomster column where they predicted that Tesla will significantly reduce ethanol demand, so we need MORE corn fed livestock. Perhaps we can come up with breakfast steaks you can pop in a toaster!
