2002 Ford Triton V-10 Air Conditioning

Is it just me, or are all the air conditioning units on these vehicles crap. I bought a used one (from my dad) and the a/c just does not get the job done and we are only in the 90's. It has been checked and checked again; but it is still crap.

Any suggestion on how to juice the A/C?

Take it to a good ac man. There is no reason that it shouldn't do the job.

A/c on my dodge wouldn't work very well and not at all when Idling I had it checked it was ok
Then this spring I hooked a trailer up and the temp on the truck got real hot so I took it in and we checked water pump and all it came down to the radiator fins were about 80% blocked took radiator out and put degreaser on it and let it soak over nite and then power washed it out and it works fine now
