#2 Honeymoon???

Going on 11 years in july :lol: , All year I've been thinking of something we could do.

I think I've finally got it ;-) , at College Station , Bovine Elite offers a one week school for Palpation & A.I.

If I can talk my M-I-L , into watching the kids . I think it would be great !
We would have a week together, we could learn something new , and it should help both of us to understnd what's going on.

What do ya'll think? I know that it's not very romantic,but it sure beats nothing!

SOunds like a good honeymoon to me. But taht's because I think along the same lines. For our first anniversary I gave my current wife a brand new shovel and wheelbarrow. That was 30 odd years ago, worked for me

Ask your wife what she thinks. I went to Bovine Elite for my AI training and it was great. Lately my Wife has been asking to teach her to palpate and AI.

Muldoon - Have you checked out the price of that class? You could go on a mini-curise for the price of both of you to take the classes :lol: I looked into it and wanted to take the class but it is out of my price range right now. When I looked into it, it was somewhere around $800 per person. Let me know if that has changes though. I would sure like to learn.

I think my wife would think that sounded pretty good. On our first honeymoon, we went camping. My kids from the first time I was married were with us. We had this old beat up, hand built truck camper. The roof leaked and quite a few mosquitoes found their way through the gap at the bottom of the door during the night. We had no power at the campground we were staying in so we lived out of a cooler and cooked over an old Coleman stove. It rained every day we were out there. The kids, the boat, the truck, and the camper were constantly covered in mud. It quit raining the day we came back. Haven't managed to take a vacation without the kids since so I'm thinking anything would look good to her about now. It'll be 12 years in August.
