1st Calf Heifer

Vet had to finish pulling a calf(lost calf) from a heifer yesterday. She is still down and hasn't been able to get up. She drinks and wants to eat. Should I go ahead and feed her? How much at a time? She is drinking lots of water. How long can she be down like this? I think they need to stand for the stomach to work correctly, but vet acted like she would have trouble with back legs from calving so long and having so much trouble. Thanks in advance..

She needs to be fed and watered AND rolled from one side to the other at least once a day. A couple of times a day would be better.
