The double standard is what pizzes me off. And yes they do pick and choose who and when can utilize their rights. Remember the kids sent home from school on cinco de mayo for wearing a t-shirt w the American flag? Or when a bakery or flower shop goes to court because they didn't want to cater to a homo wedding? What if a rancher's kid made a pick of the BLM/FBI holding a gun to his dad? Wonder if he would be allowed to hang that in a public school...

That's well said....all first amendment rights. And there is definitely a double standard. The problem though should be to attack the wrong and make it right. Not to create more wrongs.

In other the straight Caucasian should strive to regain his 1st amendment rights, not take it from others.

What is the young man handing the police officer?
Not handing him anything. It is (according to the 'internet') supposed to signify any innocuous object a person might have in his possession at the time of the stop, that the officer might interpret as life threatening and a cause to fear for his life--a candy bar, car keys, flashlight, wallet etc.

If accuracy was important,

Chicago had over 3000 shootings last year and over 500 murdered by gun shot.

Ship all the jobs overseas, keep all the money at the top, and watch what happens. SURPRISE!

The majority might just make our stand this year. Who do you think will be the target then? Probably the hardest thing for those in power to understand is that sooner or later, the pendulum swings the other direction.

Gimpy, you do realize that the top 1%(of which I am no where near..) pay for more than 43% of all federal taxes(which is more than the "bottom" 60% of the population pays). And, that the bottom 30+% pay ZERO tax....THAT is what is wrong not what you said!!

Gimpy, and further, one of the main reasons jobs get shipped overseas is due to taxation...and the epa...and the red tape to get building permits....which, of course, is mostly what the "liberal-type" folks keep voting into law...yes, there are some greedy, $$ hungry rich folks that will forsake their country for the almighty dollar, but it is those ridiculous "anti-business" type laws and legislation that are forcing them to move elsewhere.
