    Yes, feed milk replacer, 21/2 litres twice per day, also offer free choice 18% protein corn and hay. When its eating about 5lbs of corn per day you can wean it.

    Yes, but sometimes recurrent bloat can be caused by wire, it might be a good idea to use a metal detector if you know someone who has one.

    I would advise against liquid nitrogen, it is dangerous to both you and the animal. If they're really bad then get the vet to cut them off, if theres just a few and the animal isnt suffering then leave them, they will probably disappear on their own as long as the steer is fit and healthy.
