Forgot to add the most important part on my conclusion post. Somehow, whether by infection or the original injury, the cow has destroyed her tendons and ligaments. That's why she has to go. She'll never recover.

I haven't been able to get her into the lot where I can secure her. Of course she's as far away from it as she can get. I'm going to try to get her tied down where I can get a closer look.
