By all accounts ROBO calls are going to increase significantly every day. Keep your contacts up to date. NEVER respond to a call from from an unknown # be it cell or landline...it tells the scammers they have a live one on the hook.

Likely CA is in Modoc County which is the furthest north east county in the state. Lots of such small rural "towns" are abundant throughout the state & virtually unknown to the general public. Same deal as the place I ranched in for 40 yrs prior to moving to OR a few years ago...
